Returns 

We understand that online shopping can be difficult when it comes to picking the right size or design, and we truly believe you will love whatever product you receive. Due to all pieces of jewellery being handmade it is very important that you choose the correct size/style. Therefore we can not offer exchanges or returns due to change of mind. Each product has a different returns policy, please see bellow. 

Plain Band Rings 

If your ring does not fit, we can offer an exchange for a different size. Returns and shipment back to you is to be paid for by the customer. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.  

Earrings

Due to hygiene, we can not offer exchanges with any earrings.

Sea glass, Stone, Opal Rings 

Because of the way we set our sea glass/stones it isn’t possible for us to re-size there products. However we are here to help and want to ensure you love your Broken Wave Jewellery, so please contact us and we will take you through a few steps to ensure your jewellery is perfect for you. 

Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds after 30 days of purchasing online or at markets. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase for us to assess the issue. After this 30-day period, we are unable to provide any replacements or assistance. Please ensure you are happy with your selection before purchasing. Thank you for your understanding and support!
