Permanent Jewellery in Newquay, Cornwall | We're Back This Summer
I wanted permanent jewellery for me and my partner and couldn't justify the prices.
I kept looking at the chains, loving them, and then putting my phone down. So I decided to learn how to do it myself. Trained, practiced, got the welder. And once I had, it felt like the most natural thing in the world to bring it to Newquay, at a price that's actually fair.
Last summer was our first season on Bank Street and honestly it exceeded everything I hoped for. The people who came, the conversations, the groups of friends all getting zapped together, it became something I really didn't expect. A little community formed around it and I loved every minute.
We're back this summer and I cannot wait.
What is permanent jewellery?
If you haven't come across it before, permanent jewellery is a delicate clasp-free chain that's custom fitted to your wrist, ankle, or neck and welded shut on the spot. There's no clasp, no fiddling, nothing to lose.
The welder is small and precise. There's no heat on your skin and it doesn't hurt at all, most people are surprised by how calm and quick the whole thing is. You choose your chain, I fit it to you, and that's it. Done in minutes.
Because there's no clasp it sits completely flat against the skin. You wear it in the shower, swimming, sleeping. It becomes part of you. I work with recycled sterling silver and gold filled chains - made to last, not to be taken off.

Private bookings - hen parties, birthdays and special events
This is honestly one of my favourite parts of what I do.
Last summer some of the most special moments happened with groups - hen parties, best friends, mums and daughters - all sitting together, picking their chains, leaving with something matching. There's something really lovely about doing it together.
I take private bookings for hen parties, birthdays, family gatherings and any occasion that deserves something a little more special. I come to you, a holiday cottage, a venue, someone's living room, set everything up and bring the full experience with me.
Everyone in the group picks their chain, gets fitted and leaves with something welded on and worn for life. It's relaxed, it's personal, and it makes for a memory that lasts as long as the jewellery does.
